“Refused to honor my GM Educator discount even though GM stated I’m eligible for a discount for being an educator. The manager never once came out to greet me. He just continued to allow the sales person to relay the numbers even though it was obvious I became upset about the discount. It also seemed as though my time there was rushed because they were closing. I honestly feel as though me being a paying customer I wasn’t handled as such. Their customer service was already somewhat unpleasant it is almost nonexistent after I actually purchased the car. I’ve been attempting to reach them by phone for about 5 days now being that I live an hour and a half away to discuss an issue and I’ve had no luck with that. I think that is unacceptable. They seem to only care about selling car and not much about their customer service.”
