“I went here because I was referred by the Costco Auto program. It is a long drive from my house, and I called ahead to make sure the car I was interested in was still in stock. After being assured that it was, I arrived only to be told that the car was not coming until the next day. Very disappointing. They also denied that the car was in the Costco program, even though Costco said that it was. Another disappointment. The salesman, Allan, was very nice and patient, but I feel like I was tricked into going there. I could have had the same results a lot closer to home. Update: The general manager reached out to me to try to make me happy, and he did. He found the car and model that I was looking for and he honored the Costco price. I closed on the car today and other than my initial disappointment, this was an easy and satisfactory transaction. I would recommend this dealership and also my salesperson, Allan, who was great. Revised from 3 to 5 stars.”
