“Arrived a bit early for my appointment but was greated by a member of the sales staff. We went outside and I was shown a new Forester. We then discussed the purchase and the lease options for this vehicle. A member of the staff evaluated my present car to establish a trade in value. After some discussion I decided to buy rather than lease. My credit was frozen and the staff was very patient and helpful while I worked to unfreeze it. Paperwork completed, car prepared for delivery and the salesman showed me the many new features of the car.”
