“I came in with a difficult situation and wasn’t sure what the outcome would be, but Ari and Joey worked hard and did everything possible to make it happen. They were honest, supportive, and didn’t give up on me. I felt very welcome and they made sure i was happy ! Thanks to them, I was able to leave in a much better position. Great experience at Jimmy the Boxer Auto Mall.”

“*1/5 stars - Scam Alert*
I'm writing this review to warn others about my experience at this location. The facility appears clean and conveniently located near public transportation, but don't be fooled by the friendly smiles.
I was misled by phone representatives who assured me I didn't need a cosigner. Upon arrival, I was subjected to a hard credit pull, which they blamed on third-party companies. When I needed a vehicle within my budget, the salesman, Mr. Barnett, initially stated I needed a cosigner, only to later find one after adding one, then removed the cosigner and presented me with unclear terms.
Their business practices seem questionable, and I believe they've wasted my time. Avoid this location if you value transparency and honesty in your dealings.”

“I came to Jimmy with some reservations about whether I'd get approved for the vehicle I wanted. They worked with me and got me in the vehicle with a great monthly payment. The phrase he uses is ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!!!! HE DOES KNOCK OUT THE COMPETITION!!!!!! Thx alot Jimmy for getting me in the whip!!!!!!!”

“Customer service begins with basic respect, and this dealership failed to provide even that. The “no credit check” promotion is misleading — the dealership simply doesn’t pull your credit, but the banks do. It’s a play on words, and the GM clarified this only after I had already driven a long distance with my fiancé.
Since it was the end of the month, I expected professionalism and genuine effort. Instead, I was met with disrespect. The salesperson assigned to me — a young man in his early 20s — consistently addressed me with phrases like “sup champ,” “we good chief,” and “I got you, my guy.” After 26 years of active-duty military service, I don’t expect special treatment, but I absolutely expect basic professionalism. A simple “Sir” or “Mr. [Last Name]” is not too much to ask.
I completed my application at 6:30 p.m. and was told I would have an answer Monday, December 1st. Monday passed with zero communication. I had to call the dealership myself, only to be informed they could not assist with an approval — something they very likely already knew on Saturday.
Fortunately, I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, where I was treated with respect and courtesy from the moment I walked in.
Bottom line: I left this dealership feeling dismissed, undervalued, and spoken to in a manner that was completely unprofessional. Credit challenges do not justify disrespect. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, and this dealership failed on that most basic expectation.”

“Ashar was great help and very professional. Went out his way to make sure I left with a car. Would definitely send my friends and family to him for assistance. Best service ever and to be a first time car buyer it went nice and smooth and walked thru the whole process.”
