“I recently was traveling from out of state and had an issue with my vehicle. I immediately went to the Quick Lane at Bob Allen Ford because I always received great service from them when I previously lived in the area. Once again, they didn't disappoint and were top notch in identifying the problem, fixing it and getting me back on the road fairly quick. I highly recommend them for your vehicle service and maintenance needs!”

“I was dreading the task of buying a new vehicle, mainly because I want all the boxes checked of what I want. I was looking for a new Ford Bronco Outer Banks, 2025, new, shadow black, blacked out, luxury package and I found it at Bob Allen Ford. I was shocked since I’d been looking for over (3) months.
Then to top it off, I got a great salesman.. or should I say he got me. Justin Jordan came around the corner and offered me a test drive in the middle of Metcalf traffic. He didn’t flinch, not even once! I tried it on the highway and the rest is history.
Justin not only set up the Ford App for me and showed me the infotainment system, but he showed me the buttons and what everything went to.
Justin has even followed up with me yo make sure it’s all going well. I have yet to get it tinted and the rest of the emblems “blacked out”, but it has been easy going forward. Thanks again Justin!”

“The mobile team for oil changes are such a great team! Every time I call, I speak to Travis who helps me with my appointment set up. He is so knowledgeable and kind. I bought my car from another Ford dealer and didn’t have a good experience. Travis has exceeded customer service for me. I moved a little further out of range in the fall, I didn’t want to deal with a third dealership.
The gentleman that comes to the house are just as nice. I do not know his name, he comes to the door, very polite. My mother stays at home while I drive her car to work. He is wonderful to her, he even moved the trash barrels to the other side of the driveway for her while they worked.
Travis and his team still makes an effort and comes to my home for my oil changes. This is what customer service is all about! I will never go to another Ford dealership for any service to purchase my next vehicle. Only Bob Allen Ford. Thank you all so very much for your excellent service and caring team.”

“Huge props to the whole team over at Bob Allen Ford! I've been in the same vehicle for the last 12 years and she finally got to the point where repairs were needed more often then not. My employer has a program with Ford and Bob Allen is close so, I reached out. My salesperson Micah introduced himself and set a good time to meet. When I first arrived I was met with smiles and friendly staff. One of the mechanics directed me to the right location, cracking jokes the whole time, which was refreshing honestly. Micah was set and ready to go right when we met. He also had his hands full because his previous appointment ran over but handled the situation like a professional. I'm in customer service as well so I understand how tough this can be. Micah already had the vehicle I was researching and a back up plan staged. When it came down to financing Micah was very transparent and we met at a good place. With the economy the way it is now we both had to work with that and be realistic. I ended up going with the 2024 Ford Escape and she's a perfect fit for me and my family. Thanks again to the whole Bob Allen Ford squad for getting me in my new baby.”
