“Prior to this oil change I was told I need new brakes. Never had an issue with brakes. I bring it in again for another oil change. This time no brakes are mentioned. But was told you got an oil leak coming from manifold area and leaking on engine parts. I said nothing is leaking in drive way etc. Wanted me to leave the car there for additional diagnostics etc. I don’t trust them so I declined. Days later a reputable certified mechanic was working at our office on other employees cars. So I had him check it out. He said “you don’t have a leak”. You have drippings from oil filter itself after they replaced it. Btw he said they never refilled your coolant that is way low and your wiper blade fluid is very low, yes i have pictures. So I paid for these fluids and did it myself. Why didn’t they fill it up. They were low! Even their inspection report said it was yellow and stayed on yellow. I went to another dealer to buy Mopar coolant and wiper fluid. Showed them the engine, Greenway said that is unacceptable not to top off these fluids. Oh, how about my brakes this time? That is foul play. That is criminal. I almost left my car there for days twice now on 2 separate occasions. Oh is oil leaking on my drive way yet ? Nope. I don’t trust this service department. They are not honest in service. Never see a mgr around either greeting customers. They think you won’t check out their so called findings with someone else after you leave. I do. I don’t accept what they say. Ever since the Smith’s sold this place it’s gone completely down hill. It was never like this when they owned it.”
