“Over President's Day weekend I came down to Florida to attend a sports clinic and visit a friend in the Orlando area. I had had my eye on a 2024 Tahoe Premiere that Napleton VW had on their used lot for a couple of months so while I was in town I stopped in after visiting my friend to go check out the truck.
After a test drive with Juan the salesman, I also worked with Bruno a sales manager who worked with me to find a happy medium that was a acceptable for both parties, basically meeting in the middle. Unfortunately for me though it was a little over the top of my budget. I had thought I had run the numbers and percentages correctly, but Juan and Bruno were able to get the final price within a range that would eventually work for me, albeit, I'd need to work quite a few more shifts, but I might have bit off more than I could chew. Similar to shopping while you're hungry, eyes bigger than your stomach or in my case, eyes bigger than my savings.
The folks here put a good bit into their used car inventory such as reconditioning with new tires, new battery, oil change, and detailing, which in my case, came to $1650 worth on top of the listing price so be prepared. They are fairly transparent when you get to talking with them, but in the end, they have a business to run so make sure you run your numbers correctly and have an appropriate buffer or plan for recondition work, taxes, document fees, registration, as well as dealer fees.

“BUYERS BE AWARE!
I feel very disappointed and frustrated with the experience I recently had at this dealership.
First, the bait and switch tactics used to lure you into getting in, is just crazy. The vehicle I bought was advertised online for $25k,
but after all the fees( most of them junk fees) we ended up at $33k. I tried negotiating and declining some of the fees, but was told that some extra warranties were not negotiable and that I had to keep them if I wanted the vehicle. So still ended up paying $31k, that's plus finance charges.
Then to make matters worst after many hours of back and forth, we got the vehicle to later find out the the vehicle was not even properly cleaned or detailed.
I could have done a better job myself cleaning this vehicle.
You would think that a big name dealer like this would take better care of their customers and properly service, polish and detail their vehicles, but it looks like making profit selling vehicles and forcing extra warranties is their main focus and concern.
I had to call several times and left messages to call me back.
After talking to the salesperson about my experience he convinced me to take my review off and bring the vehicle back for a proper detail, because our deal was very late at night and he said they were maybe rushing to clean it.
But the second time was as frustrating as the first. It looks like they just threw some water on it and a little bit of tire shine stuff.
My wife said they were done in about 30 minutes. Vehicle came back home about the same.
Now I will have to spend extra money taking my vehicle to a professional detailing place.
Even after spending so much for a vehicle, you would expect a little bit more respect a care as a customer, but not from this dealer I guess.
I should have read other reviews before going there.
So just be aware, if you decide to try this dealer.
One positive experience, was the finance person. Very clear, fast and easy.”
