“I went in to have two headlight bulbs replaced. They insisted on a full diagnostic, which they said would take two hours. I sat in their waiting room (which was VERY comfortable, and I had my Kindle) for two and a half hours before receiving a text saying the diagnostic was complete. It told me I needed to replace the headlamps. I approved that (ignoring the twenty other things they were trying to sell me on) and continued to wait. While there, they tried to convince me my windshield needed to be replaced. That was a HARD sales pitch, even asking me to show them my insurance card since that would cover it. Then, the sales department called and asked if I’d be interested in selling my car. After nearly four and a half hours of waiting, I was informed my car was ready. Both lightbulbs had been replaced. To the tune of $450. A complete (and expensive) waste of my time when all I needed was to have the lightbulbs replaced. I absolutely do NOT recommend Greenway Hyundai for service.”

Our sales rep Robert was excellent and picked a winner right out the gate. We test drove a few other vehicles to be sure but he had a keen eye for what met our needs.
The owner Ken also helped immensely in ensuring the purchase price benefited our budget needs.
Will absolutely be purchasing from here again in the future.”

“Oh well, here’s another case of deceptive business practices the same dog and pony show just like Napleton‘s. You get these stupid flyers and they say that you want a prize and then you match the exact numbers, only to find out when you get to the dealership that you’re obviously not getting the prize that you said that you won and it’s pretty obvious even when you get those things that they don’t want you to come in and look at cars because that’s the draw. That’s the game. But that’s exactly what happened to me again and I’m I was already preparing for the worst because I took photographs. I called the people before and I specifically I said I wanted to come get the prize that I won so I met with an older black gentleman, real slick talking. I was trying to get me to verbally agreed to purchase a vehicle. It was very upsetting what I had to deal with I’m at this point now why I’m exposing these dealerships for their favorite business practices according to the scratcher I won $2500. The winning numbers matched . When I left with was a stupid little knock off earbuds. Yeah this is very deceptive. Then the sales people were doing everything they did to try to railroad me into buying a vehicle I’m so sick of dealing with these dealerships, but they need to be exposed because once again as I’ve said if they will do this then why would you buy a car from any business that lies to you? So don’t even fool with these dealerships when they do these stupid contests because you will be disappointed.”

“I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a hassle-free, top notch car buying experience. Irvin and Sam were personable, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. The transaction was smooth and very efficient and I got the exact car I wanted as a gift for my wife. Everything was ready when I arrived to sign documents. The entire process took less than an hour. They even placed a bow on it the day I picked up the Genesis GV70.”
