This was a great experience. Amr was our sales rep. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us plenty of space. We walked the lot and looked at the different options without him hovering over us. He even asked when we went for a test drive if we wanted to be alone to chat. We said yes and he stayed behind. It was refreshing. Financing was simple as well. Jack did a great job. He was patient and also didn't try to force anything on us. We got a very fair deal as well. There's nothing to complain about. That's rare at dealerships.

Ask for Kertavia as your sales person. You won’t regret it. Very patient, has incredible customer service skills, and above all else honest. She truly made my first ever car buying experience incredible. I can’t recommend her enough. The whole experience was pleasant, from initially calling regarding the vehicle to signing papers with my finance agent Harry. He explained in detail each step of the process and everything that I was signing, making sure I know exactly what I am getting into. Every part of the experience made it clear that I was in good hands. I may have not experienced everyone at the dealership but I can speak no less than highly of Kertavia and Harry. Ask for those two if you want an honest, straight forward and no ulterior motive experience that will help you get the right car for you.

Dealership Regarding Sales Dear Greenway Dealership Management Team I am writing to share my feedback on both the sales and service departments at your dealership. I have been a loyal customer, having purchased two vehicles from your dealership. My most recent purchase was handled by Michael and Josh, and I want to express how satisfied I was with their service. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire buying process smooth and pleasant. It is because of positive experiences like these that I chose to return to your dealership for my second vehicle.see photo Unfortunately, my experience with the Service Department for a recent visit was extremely disappointing and does not align with the high standard set by your sales team. I had scheduled an appointment for a recall service. I took the proactive step of confirming this appointment three separate times before my scheduled date to ensure everything was set and the parts and technicians were available. Despite my efforts, upon my arrival for the scheduled service, I was told that they had two cars ahead of me and would be unable to perform the scheduled work on my vehicle that day. I was then told I would need to reschedule. This situation wasted my time, as I made arrangements to be there for my confirmed appointment. The lack of organization and communication within the service department is unacceptable, especially after I confirmed the appointment multiple times. I value the relationship I have with your dealership, and I would like to continue to bring my business to you. However, this level of service department inefficiency makes me hesitant to do so.

I had a great experience. They were so helpful and worked quickly to help me find the perfect vehicle for me. Plus they had my paperwork done before I knew it. I was there all together 2.5 hours. Thats impressive if you ask me. If you have ever bought a car you know what I mean! I would highly recommend Greenway Ford. And all the guys that helped me. Yousefe was my guy and he was great. Do yourself a favor and ask for Mike if you’re looking for a car. He was OUTSTANDING! Great chill cool vibe and deep knowledge of the car he was selling me. Jack with the finance team and everyone else were amazing, making my purchasing experience very straightforward and painless. Mike, if you’re reading this, I love my new car man! Kudos to you all!
