“You brace yourself going into a car dealership. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get extremely friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. They’re helpful. They listen. They’re accommodating. That was my experience with Ilcia Gonzalez at Greenway Jeep.”

“Awful service. Took my car in for a diagnostic and ended up quoting me for almost $5000 in work for things that are not wrong. They also broke my window switch on my drivers door. Then proceeded to say that they didn’t break it but it was not broken when I had dropped my car off. One of the service managers offered to have the part put in at no cost if we bought the part for $170. Very unprofessional. Do NOT take your vehicle here to be serviced.”

“Upon visiting Greenway, I acquired my fourth vehicle, specifically a Ram 1500 Hemi in September. I was set to interact with Tyrone; however, he was unavailable that day, and Molos assisted us instead. I must express my gratitude towards Molos, as he conducted business with no pressure and maintained transparency, a trait every car salesperson should possess in my opinion. He facilitated a fair trade-in value, and I am satisfied with the experience he provided. In terms of finance, Daniel was our contact, and the process was smooth. Post-transaction, I discovered that the extended warranty, which was offered to us prior to signing the contract, was not directly from Greenway but a third-party company. I would have declined had I known this, as my previous Greenway warranties were all covered directly by them so in the future Greenway Finance dept needs to be more transparent to its customers thats alot of money for a extended warranty just to be dealing with a 3rd party and not the dealership directly. Regrettably, I encountered issues with the truck soon after the purchase. I communicated with Tyrone, who advised bringing it in for assessment. I met with Henry, the service advisor, and explained the situation. He directed the truck to the reconditioning department since I just purchased it , which I had not encountered in my past Greenway purchases. Although they found no issues initially, the Service Side acknowledged the drivers shaft needed to be replaced and they rectified two out of three concerns in subsequent visits. On my final visit, just before the 30-day window closed, I reported truck vibrations during idle. Henry called me and told me the reconditioning team could not find any problems. Although I understand the service department was not responsible for looking at the truck this time around, I am grateful they addressed my other concerns. I did take a pic of my mileage on the last visit and noticed that the milage didnt even change at all not even an additional mile so if they test drove it and checked it for idling vibratings after test driving it you would think the the mileage would reflect that but i dont know Overall, I am pleased with the truck, Molos, and Henry, earning 5 stars for transparency. However, I award 1 star to the reconditioning team they need to be checking these trade ins before putting them on the lot to be sold they cutting corners and they will hurt the greenway brand doing business this way! To retain loyal customers, it is crucial to address their needs entirely, especially for repeat customers like myself.”

“Yesterday I bought my Jeep Willys at Greenway Jeep Florida, in Orlando. I must say that the team I worked with couldn’t have been better: extremely attentive, professional, kind, and truly committed to their work. Ray accompanied me at all times to find the monthly payment that fit my needs, and it was a pleasure meeting him — very professional and helpful. Leo, an excellent finance manager, explained every detail and guided me through the entire process so I could leave without doubts and completely satisfied. And Ilcia helped us with the test drive and the trade-in of my previous car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Everyone was very attentive and professional. I traveled from Miami to Orlando to get my Jeep, and it was really worth it. EXCELLENT TEAM and VERY GRATEFUL. Congratulations for doing your job so well!”

“in february of this year i purchased my used vehicle from greenway, with no exterior or paint issues disclosed to me at time of sale. shortly after, the front bumper of my car started peeling clearcoat. it took me so long of going back and forth trying to get help from greenway on how to get this fixed that i had paint start to peel as well. because of this, when i went to file my warranty claim it got denied. this is because the exterior warranty on used vehicles only covers clearcoat and not paint. their dismissiveness and unorganization to help fix my vehicle under warranty made it so my issue was no longer covered. because it progressed past the point of the warranty’s terms. now i have to cover the cost of this bumper replacement, when it could have been fixed under warranty just a few months ago if the dealership was willing to help. i don’t recommend purchasing a used vehicle from here because they have proven they are unwilling to take responsibility over their own internal failures. after speaking with the dealership today, i will be filing complaints with the better business bureau and the florida consumer protection agency. before greenway responds to this, i have already spoken with the used car manager and a customer relations manager about this issue and they have made it clear there is no way it can be resolved.”
