“I recently purchased a 2026 Honda Pilot Black Edition from Classic Honda, and I cannot recommend this team enough. I traveled from South Florida via Brightline, and the level of transparency and professionalism from start to finish was exceptional.
A huge thank you to Alberto and Matt for their incredible engagement. They turned what is usually a stressful negotiation into a seamless, high-touch experience.
A few highlights that set them apart:
• True Transparency: We agreed on an out-of-the-way price and financing terms via email, and when I arrived at the finance office, there were zero "gotchas," hidden fees, or pushed products. Everything was exactly as promised.
• White-Glove Logistics: Matt personally picked my wife and me up from the Brightline Orlando station, making the transition from the train to the dealership incredibly easy.

“I’ve been bringing my CRV here for a year for service. Luis, Hakeem, Ish are all wonderful attentive service providers who genuinely care about their customers. My only problem is that my TPMS light has been coming on consistently every week since I bought tires there last August. Again the guys have all been wonderful and management has called to check on my car but the problem never gets resolved. I have never had a problem with their service before which is why I continue to go to them. I am pretty sure this is a manufacturing defect and not their fault but it is incredibly inconvenient nonetheless. Honda as a manufacturer should do better.”
