“I saw reasonably priced vehicle of interest, so I sent an inquiry by the CARFAX’s email form. Though I am partially skeptical about electronic inquiries, within a couple of hours, I received reply back by text and by voice. Quick response indicated they could pay attention to one inquiry, so I replied I would come and have a look. Though I had plans to visit three other shops to see similar vehicles, I test drove the car and next day I ended up trading my car with the new one at this place. With financing arranged by the dealer, price of a car had some discount and my previous car was given acceptable appraisal. My further trips were cancelled. I am glad we did not spend much time to trade in and purchase new car at the same place. Sergei said their sales are half from local buyers like me and the rest from online buyers. He says the company has been in business over ten years, though their office building is prefabricated container. Apparently they sell and buy volumes, so the sales price of vehicles do not have to reflect overheads for fancy buildings or amenities. That seems to be the reason why we see their prices relatively lower than comparable. Staffs are knowledgeable and honest, and they have good levels of delegation of authority, leading to quick responses.”
