“If I could give them 0 stars I would. WARNING This place is horrendous, terrible customer service. The only reason I come back is it is a work truck and I have to per my boss. I'm trying to convince boss to switch to ford trucks but at least dealerships. I've Got a 2022 chevy colorado 95,000 miles. My experience thus far, list goes on.. Made an appointment for oil change, was on time, yet they took 3 + hrs to do an oil change. Who takes that long to do an oil change, WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Oh it gets much worse. I brought it in due to engine light on, they claim some sort of sensor, they had the truck for 7hrs cost $600 dollars to fix. A week later engine light on again, bring it back and they have it for nearly 2hrs fixed it no cost lol. TIME! End of Sept 2025 truck running rough, bring it in, they claim it needs a new transmission, a 2022 truck and transmission already shot. They had the truck for 3 months, yes 3 months to get a transmission, that tells you something there. No loaner, poor communication and I had to rent a vehicle. 3 months and $7,600+ later I pick up the truck and it's absolutely filthy, they have it 3 months and can't wash it. I gave it to them clean. I Have only had it a full month and engine light on AGAIN, now they claim it's a crack in thermostat housing, $1,500.00 and 6hrs later. Maybe now i can convince my boss not to come here ever again. Oh they contacted me, not to discuss the issues, they contacted me to gripe about my review, unbelievable. You've been warned don't do business with these people unless you have a lot of $$$ and Time to waste. I won't be back. If I could attach pictures I have them.”
