“ArriveN Drive – Pepe Please don’t buy a car from this salesman. He’s the kind of person who can’t stand seeing others do well. When I took the car out for an inspection, he tried every possible way to stop me and wouldn’t allow me to check the vehicle’s computer system — probably because there was something wrong with it. When I mentioned that a few small issues were found and asked if the dealership could fix them, he flatly refused without even consulting his manager. When I asked if I could get a bit more of a discount, he went out of his way to block it. The manager gave me a $1,000 discount, but Pepe tried to tell the manager to cancel it, saying it was a mistake. What’s worse, he shamelessly told me he had diabetes, that he had to eat five times a day, and asked me to buy him a hamburger and a Coke. Honestly, I hadn’t planned to buy a car here, but I felt sorry for him and decided to go ahead because of his sob story. The most shameless thing of all is that, despite his terrible service, he even asked me to write him a positive review on Google. I’m just telling it like it is — I really hope no one else gets scammed by this salesman. His name is Pepe, and I truly hope the company fires such an unprofessional employee soon. He’s an embarrassment to the dealership.”

“My husband and I traded in and bought 2 vehicles from Arrive and Drive USA. Both times were great experiences! Our sales person, Dillon Light, was a pleasure to work with each time. He was professional, courteous, and patient as we test drove multiple vehicles in trying to make our decision. Overall, the staff is pleasant, financing was quick and easy, went very smoothly, and they gave us a great deal on our trade each time. The only thing we would advise is make sure you purchase a warranty plan as you should with any used vehicle.
