“I bought a brand new 2025 Jeep Wagoneer from this dealership and it has been nothing but problems since day one. A brand new vehicle should not have these kinds of issues. The vehicle has already been to the dealership multiple times — first because it would not start, and later because the engine light and other warning lights came on. Most recently, the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership on Monday because of another issue. Two days later, they called me and said the car was “ready.” When I went to pick it up and turned the vehicle on, the check engine light was still on. That means they either did not fix the problem or did not properly inspect the vehicle before giving it back to me. What makes this worse is how the dealership handled it. Every time I come in, I get sent back and forth between the General Manager and the Service Manager, and both say they “can’t do anything.” No one takes responsibility, no one offers a real solution, and no one tries to help. Instead of fixing the problem or replacing the vehicle, I was told to look into lemon law on my own. Imagine buying a brand new car and being told by the dealership that sold it to you that they can’t help you and that you should get a lawyer. That is unacceptable. I am still making payments on a vehicle that is unreliable and keeps going back to the shop. This has caused me stress, wasted time, and loss of confidence in both the vehicle and this dealership. This has been the worst car-buying and service experience I have ever had. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle from here, be aware that once they take your money, they do not stand behind you when problems start. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually supports their customers.”

“Where do I start. Once I walked in I received a warm welcome from Walter. Lead me to a table and started making sure I was taken care of. He then passed me over to Pedro and we had a great conversation, he didn’t treat me as a client, he treated me like a friend and I was really appreciative of that. I had a bad experience when I bought my last car and he made it his mission to take care of me the way that the last people didn’t. I told myself that if I didn’t like the vibes I would receive then I’d just leave. And he made me feel like I wasn’t even there to buy a car which I loved.
