“Whatever you do, do not purchase a vehicle from this place. I purchased a 2019 Honda for over $22,000 out the door, and it lasted about a week and a half before breaking down and costing me another $1,500 in repairs. According to the manager, Alan, that’s simply the “price of buying a used car” and I should basically suck it up. He even responded with, “It happened to me too, except mine cost $3,000.” Apparently, that’s their idea of customer service the one up game. They advertise a 200-point inspection, but I’m honestly questioning what that inspection actually includes. The vehicle broke down right around when the check-engine light would have come back on, and I later discovered the engine oil was overfilled and had gasoline in it. If that doesn’t get caught during a 200-point inspection, what exactly are they inspecting? They were also quick to remind me that we didn’t purchase their warranty. We didn’t want to put ourselves over $27,000 into a 2019 Honda. At that price, you have to seriously question why you wouldn’t just buy something newer. Then there’s the “detail.” It took them 2½–3 weeks to schedule it. When I finally got it back, the rims were covered in tire shine and left dull, there was cleaner left sitting around the engine bay and coil packs, and the hood had mud streaks and scratches from being dried with a dirty towel. After all of that, their solution was to offer me their “once-in-a-lifetime, rare opportunity” family pricing with their mechanic. 😂 No thank you. After this experience, I wouldn’t let anyone there touch my kid’s Big Wheel, let alone my vehicle. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, take your money somewhere else. Five stars for the sales pitch. Zero stars for everything after the sale.”

“This by far has been the worst purchase we have made, we feel like we were definitely scammed. My son was so excited for his first car purchased and loved this vehicle, since the purchase it has not been able to be driven for more than a week, we have spent over $10,000 in repairs and the vehicle is still not drivable. We are out of state and this has been such an inconvenience, in the past we have purchased several vehicles from the area and have never had this many issues, unfortunately I will never make another purchase from Torres Automotive and would never recommend this dealership to anyone else. Buy at your own risk.”

“I had a great experience buying my RAV4! I started looking at cars after my old one showed transmission concerns(I wasn’t sure abt repairing it) and the team was patient and helpful while I figured things out! They let me test drive different cars and showed me their Orem and PG locations. I left for a trip the next day and my mechanic. Let me know a transmission replacement was possible on my old car, but that it could run 9K.😬 Getting a new car made the most sense and I fell in love with the RAV. Since I was out of town, they made everything easy! They helped me review and sign docs electronically, got my financing set up, and had everything ready when I got back. The entire process was smooth and made something I was worried about stress free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle! 🙂‍↔️✨”
