“I picked up a 2026 Toyota Camry LE at Toyota of Orange yesterday.
I want to start by saying that Tony (sales) and Andre (finance) were very nice and friendly, and I appreciate their help during the process.
However, my vehicle delivery experience was extremely disappointing.
During the final inspection before delivery, I noticed a long and very visible scratch on the rear driver-side door edge. This was supposed to be a brand-new vehicle, and such damage should either not exist at all or have been clearly disclosed before signing any paperwork.
When I asked whether the scratch could be repaired or if there were any alternative solutions, the staff member handling the delivery (not Tony or Andre) responded in an arrogant and dismissive manner. I was told:
* Nothing could be done to the vehicle
* The car could not be replaced
* My only option was to cancel the transaction
* I was not allowed to speak further with the dealer to discuss possible solutions, because they cannot make any decision.(Which is not true, because they still talked to me later about this)
There was no willingness to resolve the issue, only pressure to accept the car as-is.
As a Young Asian female customer, the way I was treated made me feel disrespected and unfairly dismissed. When I brought this issue to the attention of the delivery staff, I was met with a dismissive and uncooperative attitude. I was informed that no repair or vehicle replacement would be offered, and that my only option was to cancel the transaction.
The only solution initially offered was a touch-up paint pen, which is inappropriate for a brand-new vehicle and does not restore the car to new condition. When I personally requested a door-edge protector as a minimal form of mitigation, this request was also initially refused.
Only after I became extremely distressed was the door-edge protector reluctantly approved, despite the fact that it was my suggestion and not a proactive solution from the dealership but it still does not address the core issue.
The real problem was not the accessory, but the lack of transparency, poor attitude, and absence of basic customer respect—especially when dealing with a brand-new car.
I strongly advise future buyers to thoroughly inspect the vehicle in detail before signing any documents, as resolving issues afterward can be very difficult.
I hope the management at Toyota of Orange takes this feedback seriously and improves both their delivery process and customer service standards.”

I want to give a huge thank you to Rudy and Riley for their outstanding help with my 2024 Prius XLE. Rudy, my sales agent under Hassan, made the whole process smooth and easy. He guided me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was well taken care of from start to finish.
Riley, my service advisor, also went above and beyond for me. Riley did everything he could to find or make a new key fob, even though the stock was limited. He also helped replace my car battery and took care of the alarm system, making sure everything was working perfectly. Riley kept me updated the whole time and made sure I left with complete confidence in the work that was done.
Both Rudy and Riley provided exceptional service, and I truly appreciate their effort and dedication. Highly recommended!”
