“My car-buying experience at this dealership did not meet expectations. The vehicle had scratches, and I was told a detailing appointment would be scheduled within 3 days, but no follow-up occurred after more than a week. The contract was signed after business hours, and the finance process felt rushed with limited explanation. The interest rate discussed was 6.44%, but the final rate in the paperwork was higher. I’m sharing this experience so future used-car buyers can be aware and make an informed decision before purchasing here. Update: The dealership has since responded publicly to my review. However, the response did not meaningfully address the specific issues I experienced. To be clear, my concerns remain unchanged: – A promised detailing appointment was not completed as agreed. – Follow-up communication did not occur as stated. While I appreciate the acknowledgment, the response was general in nature and did not include accountability or a concrete resolution. I am leaving this review as-is so future buyers can make an informed decision based on the full experience.”

“Best car purchasing experience I've ever had! The customer service is superb! You kind of feel like you're being waited on hand and foot because throughout your time there they ask if you would like tea, coffee or water. The sales people are extremely knowledgeable about the cars, and the finance department explains things to you in depth so you're not in the dark about anything regarding financing. The dealership itself is immaculate and visually appealing. They follow up with you the next day to make sure everything is going as expected with your vehicle and that you're happy with your purchase. They then follow up with you again a few days later. I want to thank David, Jayme, and Sammy, for helping me purchase the best car I've ever owned. I love my Mazda 3 hatchback!”
