“Switch and bait. Gave the payment I wanted, desk manager said we were far off and wasnt too kind and hung up. That is fine, but no need to be rude. Later, got a call back from Jacob saying I would get the deal and other desk manager was good on the deal. Later I find out the car was no longer listed and through a text, jacob tells me the deal isnt done and keeps asking me to come in to get close to the payment I wanted. It was a 1 star experience, but jacob at least let me test drive before and told me the truth later on. Ended up going to McPeek CDJR to purchase.”

“After a disappointing customer service encounter at Knight of Claremont, I visited this dealership to experience a different standard of care. I am highly impressed with the service provided by our sales representative, Byron, and his manager, Luis. On Sunday evening, we approached them to explore options for exiting our Lexus with minimal negative equity. Byron and Luis demonstrated exceptional dedication by staying past closing to work towards our desired financial figures and vehicle acquisition.
Although we couldn't complete the deal that night, the following morning I received a call informing me that they had successfully negotiated with the bank to meet my precise financial requirements and also helped me address the negative equity on my trade-in. This positive experience, a stark contrast to my previous one, significantly improved my outlook.
I am grateful for Byron and Luis's exceptional efforts in going above and beyond to deliver the results I was seeking. Thankyou once again”

“Just bought a new ram 1500 from them great people great service. The process was very easy. They were very patient and they helped me to do most of the things over the phone even before I came and I live in Sacramento but it was worth to drive six hours and buy a truck from here”

“My experience with Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT of Ontario was great from start to finish. I was bring my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for a few Recalls that needed to be taken care of. From the moment I called the Service Department, they were friendly, helpful and very prompt. They were the 2nd dealership I had spoken with that morning and the previous Service Department Rep was very rude, short and they wanted 2-3 weeks for parts and then we could POSSIBLY schedule an appointment for service at that time. JCDRF of Ontario was able to schedule my appointment for service the next day. When I arrived to drop my vehicle off at the dealership, everyone that I encountered was friendly and helpful. My Sales Advocate Karina took great care of me and let me know that my vehicle would be ready within 3-4 days which was great news! She also reassured me that I could reach out to her if I needed any assistance with anything. Karina sent me an email with her direct contact info as well as a text message with the same information. She also gave me her business card and reassured me again if I needed anything else to please let her know.
I received a call from Karina 4 days later that my vehicle was ready for pick up and when I arrived at the dealership again to pick up my vehicle, I again received very helpful assistance and didn’t have to wait longer than 15 minutes. I would recommend Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM FIAT of Ontario to anyone.”

“I purchased a new electric jeep Wagoneer S from here December 28, 2025 and the buying experience was subpar. I did the deal online and by phone and once I was approved they told me that I might have to choose a different vehicle because they had someone on the lot who was buying the vehicle so I had to rush down there. The salesperson, Maryjane, was non existent. From the start she had no problem with blowing up my phone but when I got to the dealership and I let her know that I was there and she said she would be right out. I never met her, she didn't show up. Once I was done in finance I was brought out to the car and the salesperson gave me one key and no way to charge the car. He told me that I would either have to come back to pick them up or he could mail them to me. He also told me that they were too busy to go over the car with me and could arrange to do so if I come back and then he walked away. When I started the car it said that the tire pressure was low with 2 tires. The person who drove the car over to me couldn't see the dash lit up with this message? Whoever washed the car did a horrible job. It looks the windows were washed by a child.
They did get me out of there quickly and the finance guy, Chris, was good, but overall the experience was not good. The least they could do is hand deliver the second key and car chargers to my home. Overall the experience was not good.”
