โI brought my car to this dealership to diagnose and fix an issue, and while the original problem was addressed, the overall experience was very disappointing. Because I was not present and had my car dropped off near closing time, I did not see an invoice until after the service was done. I ALSO was charged for an additional service that I did not approve and would not have authorized if I had been there OR BEEN SENT THE ESTIMATE PRIOR! I take responsibility for not being present to review or sign paperwork beforehand, and I initially decided to accept the charge and move on.
However, after paying and picking up my car, I checked under the hood and noticed that my coolant level was below the minimum.(ONE OF THE SERVICES I HAD DONE) This raised concerns that the service was not completed properly the first time. That was frustrating and concerning, especially after being charged for work I did not approve.
Additionally, when I arrived, I felt I was treated differently based on my appearance. I was dressed casually, wearing sandals, and the service advisor came across as rude and unprofessional. I also overheard inappropriate language being used toward another employee, which made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this dealership. I do have photos and documentation related to my visit.โ

โMark Avila is who I go to when recieving service from here. He is the only one I will go to for service. He is absolutely amazing on his communication skills, customer service and just the compassion he shows towards his work/customers in general. He really tries to assist/help in any way possible to the best of his ability and knowledge on everything when it comes to service. He's honest too, if it truly doesn't need to be fixed he tells the customer that. No pressure. That's something you honestly don't get from most places because they are just trying to take ur money. Anywho, my service this past time was great all and all. Thank you Nissan and Mark Avila for everything you do to keep my car(baby) going. ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ซถ๐ฝโ

โStarted coming to this dealership for service at the beginning of the year. So far everyone I have had an encounter with have been very helpful. I had concerns with my Armada; the manager, Michael Garcia was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the repairs/maintenance needed done on my vehicle. My car is now running smoothly!โ

โTook my vehicle here for service and was absolutely exceptional. Not only was I constantly updated on my vehicle but my car was definitely driving better than prior to my service I could truly feel the difference. When I had a list of concerns the manager, Michael, and his advisor had made sure to go over with me each step of the process, reassuring me at every step of the repairs and explaining everything to me. I am very happy with the service I received here. Definitely will be returning.โ

He kept me up to speed during the whole order process, John Fakhoury โ the GMโ, Izzy Otero. โ The service Directorโ, and Walter Serrano โin parts โ, were also extremely helpful in getting the dealer install parts set up for installation

As a follow up, I just had my illuminated kick plates installed along with my rearview camera and mirror.
Ryan OโKeefe was my service writer and Ruben Ledesma was the parts Director, both did an excellent job. Bryant was the technician that put in these items and did a perfect job.
I was there for a few hours while the work was being done and noticed how clean the dealership was, while I was there I noticed that Maria the cleaning lady was doing an excellent job keeping their dealership spotless.
Hats off to Empire nissan for doing an all-around excellent job!โ
