“This place is a ripoff a huge scam nobody answers the phone they post cars for one price when you get there it’s something totally different they make you buy into a repair agreement and never get the job done horrible communication with scheduling repairs or even getting somebody to answer the phone the people behind the desk stare at you like they want to sacrifice your soul very poor experience Carlos was ok to work with until after he got my payment and then left me like a piece of garbage on the floor and begin to work with other customers I set a appointment drove 3 hours 58 minutes didn’t leave this place with my child until after 5 I arrived at none!!! “ABSOLUTE SCAM! We came here to look at a 2016 BMW X5 we saw online for 13.5 grand. The photos online looked awesome and the car looked well for the year but boy when we went in person to see it, WAY different story. Starting off, soon as we started the car there was warning lights already and the gear shifter looked like it had been punched, it was entirely busted. The warnings were for tire, battery, & issues involving the lights. We took it for a test drive and although is road nice sure did not run nice on the mechanical side of things. We took it back and we showed the guy the issues and told him we didn’t like it that much due to the issues and that these issues were never specified online. Mind you I drove over 2 hours to see this bmw just for the mechanical side of things to be faulty. He offered us to look at another BMW however this was a year older a 2015 BMW X5 which we were okay with, it had 97k miles and was in way better condition then the 2016 one oddly enough, we took it for a test drive and it rode okay down the road. We went inside after explaining to the nice man we liked it and would like to move further and possibly purchase this vehicle… this is when things got sketchy, the price online was 10.9k for the blue 2016 BMW X5 then we said we would do a cash deal because of other circumstances and we could not afford to finance, then the guy said well “We don’t make profit off of cash deals” which we understood but then he said the price if it were to be a cash deal would be 15k instead of the 10.9k on the blue BMW which we didn’t like he was just showing us what happens to the prices when it’s a cash deal, in my book if it’s cash the price would go down and not go up. In his book apparently the prices jacks up sky high. That’s ridiculous considering 15k is without the trim repairs and trim repairs needed within the black BMW which we were interested in. TOTAL SCAM! A V O I D!”
