The only issue I had one time was their cost was significantly higher than another shop for a particular service, but it was my choice then to choose which. We will keep using Olathe Toyota.”

The finance guy was great too- I asked to change the loan from my name to our business name after the loan was already processed and he called the bank and stopped the original loan and rewrote it without a hitch. I know it took a lot of work for him, but it got it done. I greatly appreciate it. He could've easily taken the easy route and just asked me to refinance it in the company name after the loan went thru but he put in the hard work. Well done.”
