Shout out to Carol for finding me a rare, fully loaded X5 M Competition I had been searching for. I ended up passing because of mileage, but I really appreciated her effort and quick communication. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for something specific.

I was in dire need of a car due to being in an accident. I had my mind set on a Chevy equinox. I went to multiple dealerships looking and found a couple but they just were not right. Got with Carol Porto who found what I was looking for. She was friendly , not pushy, and was knowledgeable about the car we were testing. While test driving she didn’t attempt to turn on the radio or overtalk the sound of the car. When I had questions she answered them promptly and clarify anything I needed. This is my first time buying from a dealership and she gave me a wonderful experience. On top of that everyone else at the dealership was super nice and welcoming

Not long after they initially opened, I purchased my car from them but I had to bring it back in for inspection because their shop wasn't fully set up yet. When I brought it back, in my hurry, I forgot I had something locked in the glove box that was close to $1,000 in value. When I realized I had left it behind, I called the shop and drove back but the item was missing. I spoke with multiple managers about it but they didn't feel they had any way of checking with their employees (no cameras and they did no internal investigation) so I filed a police report. Thankfully after many months, Law Enforcement apprehended the culprit who did indeed work there. If this wasn't enough, the car was initially inspected poorly and needed additional work that should have been done prior to purchase. I had to take it to another dealer to pay for a higher quality inspection in order to show what work needed to be done. Thankfully after all of this they agreed to do the work. The sales process was fine. People were generally helpful and pleasant, and the shop manager apologized and corrected the issues which I was grateful for. But for all the hassle, and then on top of that having an item of mine stolen out of the car by an employee means I will never shop here again. My mistake for leaving the item in the car, sure maybe... but that doesn't negate the fact that one of their employees stole it. I sure hope he doesn't work there now.

My salesperson, Carol Porto, did an amazing job from start to finish! She was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Her work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, made me fully confident in buying a vehicle from out of state, sight unseen. I highly recommend working with her if you're interested in purchasing a vehicle. She was awesome! Finance manager Christian Angulo and finance staff Leo Aguilar were also very helpful with making sure the paperwork was handled properly.
