“We were traveling from the Lakeland area to North Carolina when our new Carnival’s engine light came on in Ocala. We reached out and Kirstie told us to come on in. It was a Saturday two hours before close but they still took the time to try and help us. The problem ended up being bad gas (water in tank). The rental companies were all closed and we were 2 hours from home. The service team at Jenkin’s talked us down from our anxiety and their mechanic fixed a 4 hour issue in exactly one hour, staying a couple minutes past close to get us on our way safely. I would definitely choose Jenkin’s to do business with in the future even make the long drive there because of their top notch customer service and awesome service team/mechanics.”
