“I normally don’t leave reviews, but in this case I feel obligated to warn others about my experience. From the beginning, the financing process felt dishonest. I was initially told that Capital One did not approve me and that I needed to return the next day with additional documentation. After coming back, I was again told I was not approved through Capital One and that they had another lender for me at a 20% interest rate. I was told this was “the best they could do,” even though I had a bill of sale from the previous day showing lower numbers. When I questioned it, they suddenly offered to match the previous day’s numbers. That raised red flags, so I contacted Capital One myself. Capital One confirmed that I was approved, but the dealership chose to place me with a different lender at a higher interest rate instead. That felt extremely deceptive and dishonest. Additionally, my vehicle was sold to me as Certified Pre-Owned, but I only received one key. When I later called to request the second key, I was told the car was not certified — even after I provided documentation showing that it was. To make matters worse, the car was not properly cleaned before delivery. There were stains on the seats and the interior was not detailed. I was told they addressed the smoke odor but that they “don’t detail vehicles,” which is unacceptable when selling a certified vehicle. Overall, the experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that buyers double-check financing, verify everything in writing, and be cautious when working with this dealership.”

“First of all, I want to express that I did not go in there to buy a car. I went in there to look. And I got a sales person named Tyler PERETIATKO he was so friendly and so knowledgeable, and the fact that he helped me find something that I didn’t know I needed sealed the deal. Not only did he make me feel comfortable and not pressured, he took me to Matt the finance guy, and I got a wonderful deal. Tyler also took the time to help me figure out some of the bells and whistles in my car. He was very thorough. If I ever have to buy a car again I will definitely be using Tyler. So I would recommend him highly over any other sales person I’ve ever met.”
