“Very disappointing experience. I was told ahead of time that I was approved for a 1.49% CPO APR and encouraged to drive over 2.5 hours to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told I was not even in their system and was not approved for the certified APR at all. On top of that, the car I was shown and test-driven was not even the same vehicle I came for — it was a different model with different mileage and specs, even though it was made to look similar. This felt very misleading. The staff was also rude and unprofessional throughout the visit. If I had been given honest information upfront, I would not have wasted my time making such a long drive. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.”
