This review is strictly for OneToyota Service Previous service was done without an appt and it took 2.5 hours. So this time I made an appt and timed it. Lap 01 wait it to took to get me into the service bay and approached by a greeter. Got there 3 mins before they opened, so technically it was completed in just over 2 mins Lap 02 initial contact with service advisor Lap 03 completed write up Lap 04 phone call from service advisor stating car was done Lap 05 completed transaction with cashier Final time, keys in my hand There are a lot of factors that made this a 5 star review. My service was included in the purchase of the car so there was zero out of pocket expense, the wait time between no appt and appt was significantly improved and I had a very attentive service advisor. Make sure you request for Evelyn as your service advisor, she was great!

Amazing dealership experience! Jae’s sales team went above and beyond to secure my 2026 GR86 Yuzu Edition fast at the MSRP price. The buying process was transparent and they kept me posted with timely updates. The paperwork was smooth, and delivery was on point. If you’re a car enthusiast looking for a great experience, this is the place to go. Just note that if you need to get a cashier’s check from the BofA branch near the dealership, have your physical BofA debit card with you. They wouldn’t issue you a cashier’s check with a digital card.
