“Overall salesman and finance guy seemed nice and process went smooth. Beware of the insane fees they try to add while purchasing! Tried charging $800 nitrous fee along with a $900 tire whl pro fee that I was told his “for the repairs that were done to my car”. I stated that I know whatever repairs they did are already in the price difference in the car and I’m not paying those. Also offered an optional castle package for $1300 which I quickly laughed at. I explained I have bought many cars and i know these fees are outrageous which he stated there is nothing he can do. Of course when I left he came out and said he would get the fees waived if I come back in which he did. Then when I’m signing with the finance manager all of a sudden I see they just added a $50 a month fee for a warranty for the 5 years of the car payment (3000 total) for 1 year of the warranty. I quickly said that I never agreed to this and where did this come from. He stated oh sometimes in financing they just add it. I said that is rediculous that they can’t just add it without saying anything. If I didn’t read that when during the signatures process I would’ve been stuck with that. Very sneakything to do and for these reasons I would not trust this place again or recommend anyone to buy a car from there. Overall, the car seems good for the price but i am nervous problems may arise based on the other things that happened. Hopefully I am wrong and the car is good.”
