“I strongly recommend that you get a pre-purchase inspection from an independent inspection service before purchasing a used car anywhere. I knew this, but decided to trust this dealer. After viewing the pictures, I chose this car over a similar one at Mich’s Foreign Auto in North Carolina. It was a couple thousand dollars more, but lower mileage, also looked great in the pictures. But this one had the color combination that I wanted. They were waiting on some replacement motors for the soft top. After the parts were installed, we settled on a price, & I purchased with a bank transfer for payment. They shipped the car to me (I live in Northern Kentucky), I looked it over, test drove it & accepted it. After parking it in the garage I lowered the top & noticed the plastic trim around the roll bars was broken up, lots of little pieces laying around inside. So I moved the seats forward & found that all of the trim was broken & cracked badly. The pictures didn’t show this. There was a strong smell of oil inside the car’s interior & trunk area. After about three or four cycles of opening & closing the top, it stopped working. I noticed the oil smell got stronger. With the top down I could see down inside the well where the top is stored there was a puddle of oil. One of the cylinders was leaking. I filled the reservoir and it lasted about three more cycles before running empty. After several attempts to contact them with no response, I’ve decided to post this review. I’m keeping the car because it runs & drives good, & looks good. I feel the dealer shouldn’t have concealed the problems from me, & I should have gotten a better price. I purchased the car (2007 BMW Z4M) in December 2025. I priced replacement parts for the interior trim at over $2,000 new OEM some weren’t available. I found some used on eBay, but they were not in good condition, some cracked or missing mounting tabs, but not as bad as mine. I have opted to try to repair the parts as best as I can. No dealer purchases & offers a vehicle for sale without fully checking the condition of the interior & exterior. If they had revealed the condition of the interior behind the seats, I would have purchased the other vehicle from Mich’s Foreign Auto in NC.”

“Had a great experience at Driven Auto with Basil and Jim! They had the exact make and model and color of car that I had been searching the Chicago metro area for, and at a competitive price. They were patient, efficient, answered all my questions, and went out of their way to make purchasing a car (both during the process and after I had already driven off the lot) a positive experience. I appreciated the personalized touch without the pressure and negotiation tactics I experienced at other dealerships in the area. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!”

“A week ago, my wife and I purchased a car from Driven Auto of Oak Forest and the service was truly exceptional! Initially, we did not know what to expect, however, after visiting 6 or 7 other dealerships in and around the Orland Park area, Driven Auto of Oak Forest stood out amongst the rest mainly because of their awesome customer service. Basil was the first associate we met, and from the start, he was patient, professional, and never pushy. He took the time to understand our needs and showed us a few options that fit our budget and our family’s needs. On the day of purchase, in Basil's absence, Yaz stepped in and was just as professional and helpful—especially with answering our EV-specific questions. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely puts the customer first and thank God that is exactly what we found here. The five-star service remained true even with Munir, the sales manager, in closing the deal. All in all, we are so grateful that we ended up at Driven Auto of Oak Forest and avoided a less-than-ideal experience at another dealership. “I was looking for a 2022 Navigator and Driven Auto had the only one in a 300 mile radius for a competitive price. The pictures of the vehicle were excellent, so I requested more info and their salesman Basil got back with me. He was extremely helpful and even checked to see if I could reserve the vehicle since I was out of state and it was Saturday and couldn't get into the dealership until Monday. I scheduled a trip to the dealership and let Basil know. When I got to the dealership, the car was washed and ready for me. The detailing was top notch. Basil was helpful and not pushy at all. He answered any and all questions and worked with my bank to get the purchase finalized. When the paperwork was signed, they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra things. I really appreciated that. Overall it was very pleasant experience and everything went smoothly. The price was very competitive across 3 states, and Basil was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. I saw several reviews complain that Driven Auto didn't hold a car and sold it before they got there, so yes it really is first come first serve, but to me that is completely understandable and was communicated very clearly to me. 5 out of 5 would buy there again.”
