“I scheduled a last minute service with Bergstrom and they got me in the very next day. They found issues with my truck that couldn't be resolved immediately. I asked for a loaner, and not only did they give me one, they gave me a brand new vehicle which I wasn't expecting. Kyle Medlen was the service consultant, he went above and beyond for me, stayed in touch daily over a 2 week period, worked with enterprise to get me in a rental, helped me get tools out of my vehicle while it was in their shop, and made me feel like I was his most important customer. I have multiple other Bergstrom service centers closer to me, and other GM dealerships, but going forward, I will bring my vehicle here. Can't recommend them enough!!!”
