“I have been a customer for many years. Of all the Bergstroms they have, my favorite is Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh. Brad does the encore love program and explains the whole entire car to you. If you have already had a car and got another you can skip some explaining but figure out other questions by filling questioner out before you go. As always hes patient, pleasant and funny and also gives you a gift in the end. Even if you forgot something or he doesn't know he will get you that answer. Bailey is new at Bergstrom and I love her to death. She is always cheerful, straight forward, not pushy and not afraid to make you happy no matter what. She made everything perfect, very good with paperwork and most of all delivered that vehicle in beautiful shape ready for the road. These 2 made our days. Lucky to have them. Also Love that subaru loves our pets and always gives back.”

“Bailey was not pushy and she found a car at a different dealership and had it brought to Oshkosh. She explained things and answered my endless questions. The first day I drove the car I noticed a small dent in the door. It probably happened on the way down from Green Bay. I called Bailey and she arranged to pick up the car, leave a loaner, and they popped out the dent and detailed the car. I was so impressed. Subaru has a program where we can go back after we've driven the car for a while to ask questions and get help with any problems we are having. We did that and Brad was so helpful and even my husband learned a lot. We also got a $25.00 gas card for coming back! I am so glad I decided to buy my Subaru Crosstrek. My insurance is lower because of all the safety features, I feel safer, we like the extra clearance in case of snow storms, the AWD was a huge factor in buying this car. I hope I won't have to buy a new car for a long, long time. But I can tell you that if I do I will buy it from Bergstrom Subaru in Oshkosh.”
