“Location helped me get a new car and we’re extremely helpful but I will say I am definitely disappointed in the little communication that this dealership has. I was asked to put down $500 to hold the car for a day because my bank was taking a while to generate the funds and I had to go to work so in order to keep the sale (I’m assuming that it is) I had to put $500 down to hold it and I would be reimbursed the next day. It did take a lot longer than a day due to the other associates not assisting me with this particular refund as it turns out all they had to do was bring me to the finance person and they would process the refund but that never occurred and since my salesman wasn’t there that day which this whole situation wasn’t his fault as he wasn’t present! I did give them the feedback on how the business needs to prioritize in communication within each other as me driving 30 mins each way costed me more money in tolls and gas and isn’t good for keeping clientele! Other than this situation the process of buying the car from them was smooth and they were super sweet! All of the staff here at this location were very respectful and when it came down to me paying for the vehicle the staff respected that I was already pre-approved with my bank and did not want to finance with them and they still assisted me in the best way possible!”
