“Um, they literally blew my mind here! Alana was my salesperson and Mahesh was the manager. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and offered coffee, tea or water as we waited. I knew the car I wanted and Mahesh brought me the CarFax and the last date of service for the vehicle as we waited for Alana. During the test drive, Alana was so personable and attentive that I felt like I was in the car with my best friend! When it was time to sit down and do the numbers, everything was completely transparent and I was shocked. There were literally no secrets. Alana turned her monitor to face me and my credit score was on the screen, the banks that made me offers were on the screen, and so was the APR and monthly payment for each offer. Mahesh even helped us fill out the application so that we could get a better deal. I was impressed. I would never get this treatment at a dealership.
