“I had to bring my BMW in for service. It's always nerve wrecking to bring my car in for repairs since I'm not particularly knowledgable about cars. I always feel as though I'm going to be advised on repairs I don't actually need. However, this time, I was fortunate enough to have Dion as a service consultant. He was patient and explained the necessary repairs all while be transparent and kind. BMW is fortunate to have him. I also want to shout out Vince. He sat and explained every part of the loaner car until I felt comfortable driving away. A true pleasure to deal with such upstanding BMW employees.”

“This is about the service department. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly, the whole dealership was clean, although like most could have used another parking spot or two. They looked at my car soon after I dropped it off and sent a video of the mechanics inspection which was surprising and greatly appreciated. This confirmed what I knew needed replacement. All communication was via text which I preferred and appreciated. I texted approval of the repairs and they finished a day before I expected (parts took a couple of days to arrive but understandable as my car is over 10 years old). Best thing I can say is that I will return should I need to.”
