“Dishonest Dealings: In my experience, I was concerned that the vehicle's history was not fully disclosed. I recommend obtaining your own Carfax report and reviewing it carefully before signing any paperwork. After I completed my purchase, I purchased and reviewed the report and discovered information that raised concerns for me, including references associated with the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That information led me to question the vehicle's history and whether I had been given a complete picture before buying. I also believe the tires on the vehicle were switched out during the final preparation process. The tires on the vehicle I received appeared significantly older than the ones I observed when I initially inspected it. The car I purchased only had 5,000 miles on it, but a few days after the purchase, I realized the tires had dry rot and very worn treads. Overall, I found the sales process to be misleading based on my personal experience, and I would not purchase from this dealership again. I encourage prospective buyers to independently verify a vehicle's history, thoroughly inspect its condition, take photos before completing the sale, and make sure all of their questions are answered before signing any documents. Better yet, avoid this dealership.”

“I swear to God I freaking love this dealership. Although I've never visited it in person I have taken observations from afar and I have seen the kindness, equality, and respect that the workers treat their customers with. A specific worker by the name Basem, has been exceptionally kind and respectful towards his colleagues, as well as his customers. One specific example was when he helped a customer named Gandhi. He showed him the directions to the restroom. If it hadn’t been for Basem, Gandhi would still be searching for the bathroom after closing hours. This is just one of many examples of the wonderful workers at the Volkswagen Dealership of Orland Park, Illinois. The reason I haven’t been able to visit the dealership in person yet has to do with the fact that I was diagnosed with Hantavirus from coming in close, physical contact with a patient with the virus. I don’t know if I’m gonna make it through this but if I don’t send this message to the workers of this dealership. I hope to see you all succeed one day and prosper in whatever you pursue in your career, don’t let the bad energy drag you down to the pits of hell like where it took Gandhi after he went to the bathroom. And lastly, have faith in Volkswagen automobiles for they are the most reliable on the market as of mid-2026.
