“Warning. . . Do not get your car repaired at this location. I have been a customer since 2012. I own multiple lexus and so does my mom. I scheduled service for a tire sensor replacement and received a bill for over $700 in electrical repairs for the car to stop not even a half mile away. The dashboard lights all came on. The car would not start. I called the dealership right away and was told you driven it off the property and it was working when you drove it so it's not our problem. They refused to tow it back so I had to pay for a tow. Then was told by the Service Manager I have to pay over $700 again for a diagnostic test when I payed for a diagnostic test 2 days prior. I also agreed to pay for all recommended repairs from the first diagnostic reading. Is this because the car is an older model you want to nickel and dime me? Or maybe because I'm female. I called and filed a complaint with corporate. This is not coincidental. I am disappointed with the customer service I received from Lexus of Orland. After all these years, this is the treatment I received for being a long standing customer.”
