“It took weeks of calls and voicemails and then finally having to physically go there to make an appointment. No return calls and texting was not helpful. The communication during the time my car was in service was good but telling me an adjustment was made to the transmission and we’ll see how that goes was not very comforting. I do feel better after the other work that was completed. My low rating is really due to damage on my hood that occurred while in service and no one would respond to me about how I can repair it. It’s more than just a paint scratch. A piece of the metal is sticking out.”
