“I called West Herr, the lady I talked to on the phone was super nice. Got me in same day to get my car looked at. Took my car to West Herr where I was told my car, a 2017 GMC Yukon with 110000 miles, was too old and had too many miles for West Herr to work on. Mind you, it was well within the warranty miles also. And when I explained to them what the lady on the phone said, they said she will promise you the world but that’s not how it works. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The only repair they were willing to do was the wheel bearing. They refused to even fix the 2 rear brake lights. They then proceeded to call me while it was there to ask if I wanted them to put a set of tires on it. Can’t work on it but can put tires on it? No thanks. So now I'm stuck driving my kids around with 2 brake lights out until I can get it scheduled with another dealer. Praying we don't get rear ended. Do better West Herr. Definitely will not be returning and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.”
