“Buying a car from here is great! Very easy smooth etc. this is my second car I’ve got from here. The service department is a nightmare! They never answer the phone or return calls. They are quick to charge a diagnostic fee but never do a deep dive into a diagnostic. My car keeps saying “transmission not in park” and it got worse to the point where it was shifting the gear to park when i hit the gas. This happened a day after they told me they couldn’t get it to say anything. I called and no one called me back for weeks until i left a voicemail with a manager. Now i tried to call to get a recall fixed and no one ever answers! I called West Herr and they immediately answered and got me in.”
