“Absolutely an awful Jeep ownership experience. Do not buy here, do not service here! I bought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler from here. The purchase process was fine, nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about. The post sales support and ownership experience, however have been nothing less than dreadful. My Jeep has been in this service department for almost half a year. They do not respond to text messages. They do not respond to calls. They do not know what’s wrong. They do not give updates. They have ignored multiple attempts from Jeep corporate support to obtain an update on my vehicle. The Jeep Cares team has had to escalate up the corporate chain regarding the service department conduct, and we still have no answers. The only bright spot in this has been the Jeep Cares corporate support team, who have been working with me diligently and paying for my rental cars. Do not buy here, at least not on the Jeep/Chrysler/ram, etc. side. I know nothing about the Ford side of the dealership, maybe they are great. But the ineptitude and inability of the service department on the Jeep side of the dealership to perform at even the most basic level is almost criminal.”
