“I called to schedule an appointment to get our car serviced. We have the extended warranty. The first representative who took my call was so rude. The call didn't go as I thought it would go. It was extremely upsetting. The representative spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending manner. Rather than explaining things clearly, she made me feel ignorant for asking questions. I didn't get her name, I honestly was shaken up on how rude she was to me. Customer service should be helpful and respectful, and unfortunately, this interaction was neither. I hope this is addressed so others do not have a similar experience. I called the second time to get her name and the representative that answered "Karen" stated non of my colleagues recall taking your call, It was not even more than 5 minutes.”

“I had a great experience working with Fabian and Ruben Sales Manager. At first, I wasn’t happy with the car I chose because it just wasn’t my style, but Fabian immediately stepped in and gave me great options to return it and find something that suited me better. I also had some financial challenges due to a previous loan, which made the process a bit complicated. Despite that, both Fabian and Ruben were incredibly patient, professional, and supportive. They provided excellent customer service and walked me through every step in an amazing and clear way. “Great Cars, But Too Busy for a Test Drive We stopped by CarMax in Ontario and were impressed by the selection, especially the luxury models. Staff was friendly, but they seemed short-staffed and too busy to accommodate a test drive at the time. We ended up having the car shipped to our local CarMax the next day, which was fast and convenient. Overall a good experience, just would’ve liked a little more time and attention on-site.”
