I had my eye on a car that Frank was able to bring in for me from a related dealer up north, as I was unable to make the drive up. When he got it into the shop, he checked it out and did a whole walk around video to show me before I physically came to see it. When we were ready to sit down and talk numbers, Frank really made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. He didn't try to be pushy or sell us on things we didn't need or want. Jason, the rep that helped us was beyond amazing, and genuinely treated us like human beings and not just another customer. He felt more like an old friend than a salesperson, which was very much appreciated. “I had my toyota camry for 13 years, and olympia mazda still took it in for almost $4k (including their online offer for an extra $1k toward trade in that I filled out) when reaching out about a used kia soul they had on their site. With it, Greg got me set up with Garrett too in their finance department and they worked together to make sure I had the best possible deal for it with negative equity on the camry (yes I still owed on it, no I don’t want to get into it lol) and then financing for the soul. I had zero down, and they still helped me find a solution to get the newer car I wanted while keeping payments as reasonable as possible. Garrett offered me great advice, including how to improve my credit and when to consider refinancing, Greg has followed up with me to make sure everything is as I wanted and still going well and making sure I have as much extra info about service dates and all the things. I appreciate the care and support they’ve offered me and really they made everything smooth as butter when it came to this process and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. As far as the reputation dealerships usually get, I’d say I’m very pleasantly surprised by olympia mazda and satisfied with my purchase.
