“We were prepared to pick up a new Subaru Ascent when we spotted a gently used loaner vehicle. Our change in direction didn't faze our sales rep, Skylar Hammer, one iota. She pulled it up front next to the new vehicle so we could compare, and then she arranged for a last-minute detailing while we completed the paperwork. No fuss, no muss. Skylar was a delight and represented the dealership with a great deal of poise.”

“Was car shopping with my son a week before the holiday. Found a car we liked and the experience was going well. My sales rep was Austin and she was very nice. Their holiday hours were different and we had made arrangements for me to come in the day after the fourth for a test drive and to make sure everything checked out before we purchased. I even spoke to Austin and confirmed my appointment the day of. I get a call on my way to the dealership stating that the car had sold. This was after they had sent me two emails confirming my appointment and how much they were looking forward to seeing us. Very disappointed in the communication and lack of loyalty/keeping their word. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with them, and I have let all my friends and neighbors know about their lack of integrity. Terrible way to treat customers.”
