Dealerships can be extremely nerve racking but Laurynn made me feel super comfortable and at ease during the entire process of purchasing my truck. She’s extremely personable, outgoing & kind. I’ll definitely be recommending her at McCarthy Chevrolet in Olathe to anyone I know in search of a vehicle!”

“Whole experience from start to finish was awful.
I ended up choosing this dealership to sell my Camaro to because they said they would give me my asking price. When I was finalizing everything they told me that they were going to give me $2k less than my asking price. I negotiated to finally end up with my original asking price-do not negotiate unless you want them to be rude the remainder of the sales process. I then decided to purchase an older used vehicle-I am assuming they did not like that either because we were still being curt.
The vehicle I chose, the radio was inoperable. I was promised an aftermarket radio. I was given an aftermarket radio...for a Benz...Radio is not compatible. GO FIGURE. They said they did what they told me, which is install the aftermarket radio and they are not at fault that it doesn't work. Yay! A car without a radio.
Then when I went to pick up the vehicle for the first time after purchasing, which was a Saturday, Monday the serpentine belt was screaming at me. They said they are not going to fix it. Fine.
I will not be buying from this dealership ever again. If i could do it all over again i would have went back to my initial dealership - Van Chevrolet - they are awesome and i know they would have taken care of that belt NO PROBLEM.

Do not negotiate unless you want to feel like crap for doing so the remainder of the sale.
Inspect there used vehicles to a T, because there mechanics will do the bare minimum to make sure the car is fine for the test drive, but not the ride home!!!”

“10/10 highly recommend the team at McCarthy Chevy Olathe. Specifically Jamie who literally ran out of the building to catch us and help us get an amazing deal on the exact car we were looking for. His energy was great and not the typical pushy car salesman. We felt taken care of, listened to and not shuffled around like we had been in other dealerships. Thanks to Jamie and the whole team for making the car buying experience actually a good experience. Excited for our new car!”

“The sales rep sent the incorrect mileage on the purchase order, which resulted in us sitting at the bank for an hour and a half waiting for him to send the correct purchase order so the bank could fund the loan. Then when we asked for the the scratches on the drivers side door to be fixed/ buffed out (shown in attached picture) he said that was not feasible because the "BIG DISCOUNT" on the truck. Which I understand there is cost and labor involved in repairing the scratches. What I didn't expect with that "BIG DISCOUNT" was us arriving to pick up a dirty truck with no gas. They did put gas in the truck but the truck remained dirty. The inside had been cleaned previously however, it was not acceptable for what you would expect upon delivery or pickup. Grime and buildup on the handle to get in and out of the truck (shown in attached photo) build up on the steering wheel, buttons and dials, just all and all unacceptable. Only came with one chewed up grimy key (shown in attached photo) and the rep seemed to not care much. Before negations started he acted as if there were two keys. I guess with that “BIG DISCOUNT” came the lack of initiative to either find it or even let us know there was only one key. Last but not least, the stereo! Driving home from the dealership listening to music via bluetooth. The stereo started to skip as if it was a scratched CD and then froze up and shut off, went completely black and completely reset itself. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and this delivery/ pickup as got to be one of the worst transactions I have ever have.”
