“After a wreck, I was eager to find a car. Having been a Honda owner for more than 20 years, my first inquiry was to Honda of Olathe, although I had not worked with this dealership before. Nick Umholtz reached out to me to come see the inventory. He explained that he might be in a meeting, but that Rob Weiner could help show me the available cars. Rob was very helpful, initially giving me more information about a used CR-V and allowing me to test drive it. Over the course of the next 4 days, I called upon Rob several times to answer more questions. No matter how busy he was, he made a point to ensure my questions were addressed, including returning a voicemail in the evening. Eventually I turned my focus to new cars, although the inventory was limited in what I wanted. Rob assured me they would find something from my wish list. Sure enough, by the 3rd day, my preferred car became available. Even though Rob was supposed to be off that day, he was there and guided me with the financing forms, ensuring that I could obtain a car during the requested time frame. On the 4th day, Rob walked through all the features of the ,car, agreeing to personalize my settings and connect my phone to my car.
