“As far as buying the car it went great! There was no pressure and the numbers all lined up right in finance with no surprises. Kenneth and Caiden were awesome salesman! 5 stars for them. We purchased the car and left it there over night because it was late and they had to get it ready. When we left that night there was 27 miles on it. When we went the next day to pick it up there was 47 miles on it. Not sure what that was about. Did they go on test drives with a car that was already sold? Who knows. Another thing was that after the purchase we went to pick up the car and it didn't have all the all weather mats in the trunk that it came with. Not sure how those got taken out of the car since we did purchase the all weather package. Maybe in detail? Could have been an honest mistake but definitely didnt look good and im glad I caught it before we drove off. Oh and they didn't fill the car up all the way. It was only 80% full. Wondering if they let people test drive the car 20+ miles after we already purchased it. All in all i give them a 3 out of 5 stars and definitely give Kenneth 5 stars! It was so close to being a 5 stars but they really messed up after the purchase. Just dont leave the car there after you purchase it for them to get it ready or it will have 2 times as many miles as you bought it with and the gas will be used up by the time you get back 😆. Thank you Bob Moore for the nice new car.”
