“Me and my husband bought a car from here about two weeks ago. It was a used 2013 Honda CR-V and they told us we would have a 30 day satisfaction warranty and when we went back up there to pay the car off we had mentioned that the key fobs didn’t work to lock and unlock the door and also that the front headlight was out and they proceeded to tell us that it’s our problem which is terrible customer service especially towards a customer who just spent so much on a car. Taylor was our sales guy and he was nice but he rushed the process and wasn’t willing to help us. Not sure I’d recommend this place to anyone because we hadn’t even had the car for two days when we noticed these issues and immediately brought it to their attention”
