“Went to Wasatch Front KIA about early February to look at Hybrid SUV 's Spencer induced himself to us looked for awhile with him on the lot he was very awesome and no pressure we gave him our # so he could let us know what was available coming in soon
Drove some of the SUV 's very pleasant and fun to visit with !
We feel that he was honest and really cared about what would be Best for us ! I would definitely ask for Spencer to help you find a your dream car !

“I used True Car to locate my vehicle. True Car provided an offer sheet the Wasatch Front Kia and much to my surprise, Wasatch Front Kia beat the True Car offer.
The process was straightforward and transparent.
Blake, my sales rep did a great job and I would like to commend Javier the Finance Manager. After my initial deal was complete Javier called me later in the evening to inform me that another lender had offered a lower interest rate, and would i like to take advantage of that. Not many dealers would have done that.”

“Okay, so my irrelevant self is gonna just toss in my two cents, here.
EVERYONE at this place rocks.
Spencer & Brandon, ESPECIALLY.
Long story, but I came in with a catastrophic vehicle problem/emergency (with a vehicle I DID NOT purchase from their dealership) and having next to no hope for a budget-friendly solution.
These folks not only took phenomenal care, they showed realness & actual compassion towards my plight.
They were straight-up & honest with me every step of the way. I value transparency, and I got it!
Aaaaaanyway, longgggstorySHORT: this dealership is Me-Approved, very trustworthy, and just a great environment for the customer in need of some wheels.
Their coffee is tasty, too!

“Follow-up. After receiving the owners follow-up message below I did reach back out and the representative at Wasatch Front did not know where to direct my call. Just got out on hold and transferred around. Seems to be an attempt to add an empathetic comment, with no real intention to follow up. Frankly, even the response is mildly frustrating. You feel as if you can empathize with the fact a brand new car bought from your dealership has been taken to the maintenance department five times in a span of five months without any ability to resolve a single problem. Not sure that empathize was the word you were looking for.
Full transparency, this is a modified review as I left a review a while back giving five stars. Since that review, however, I have found that things are not always as they seem. We have purchased three vehicles from Wasatch front Kia. Our experience with purchasing has been excellent. I would still give five stars for purchase experience alone. However, if you get a lemon, you are on your own, thus this re-review. I have taken my car a 2025 Kia K4 purchased this year brand new back to the shop five times at this point. In fairness, they do tell me that I can keep bringing it back, but after five trips, I am hanging it up and I will just tolerate the issues I guess. My key fob does not always open my doors, and the proximity sensor rarely works. Apparently, Kia will not fix an electronic problem that does not have a specific code from diagnostics. I personally was with the manager when he had all the same issues I did with opening the trunk, and even went and tested another one on the lot that worked perfectly. I’m told after I left the trunk started working better and so there’s nothing they can do, but I can bring it back. That was the last time I went, and I can’t keep dropping my car off only for them to tell me the problem is not consistently reproducible. On top of that every time I drive over 40 miles my tires give off a warning saying they’re flat and my air conditioner doesn’t like to stay on high very long and tends to waiver up and down. Heat seems to work fine, though. Again, without a diagnostic code, you’re just left waiting for something to break further as it can’t be fixed. Congratulations wasatch front Kia you have won. Even with the very expensive upgraded warranty I have lost this battle. I think you’ll love this place. If all you need to do is buy the car. Just know, if something goes wrong, you’re likely going to be put through the wringer trying to get it fixed.”

“I just purchased a KIA K4 2025 from Wasatch Front KIA in Riverdale, Utah. A sporty compact car that gets fantastic gas milage. The entire experience was great. Kevin, my salesman was knowledgeable and very kind. He even came and picked me up from my house to take me to the dealership. The experience was fast and friendly. He answered all my questions. Filled the tank with gas while I signed the paperwork with the finance guy who also took the time to explain and put me at ease. I think I am going to enjoy this car!”
