“This review in general, yes goes out to this whole business for being great but in specific this one is for JANDY, remember that name because she’s who you want to go see if you need a car. I came in with a tough situation and she was enthusiastic, encouraging and determined to give me a win after a really really rough time lately. I’ve never met a car salesperson who really genuinely seemed to have mine and my family’s best interest at heart to this level. She didn’t judge our situation, was totally empathetic and was in it for us. Even downtime waiting was great, we jammed to some Madonna and the daunting, scary task felt a whole lot more manageable with her in my corner. I genuinely hope everything good happens for her. Everyone we met and worked with was professional, kind and great to work with but man she just brought exactly the energy I needed to handle this and all the stress I usually have with car dealerships was just out the window. Usually business slogans just feel kind of cheesy to me but she did “hear us” at every turn and embodied that so perfectly. So far so great with the car, it’s not even been a day, but I just really had to share that.”

“Service department was rude. I pulled up to get a routine oil change and no one acknowledged I was there. I walked into their office and there were three people, all face down on computers. A few minutes later, one of them said in a sacastic tone "one of us will be with you soon" once acknowledged by one of them, I explained what I was hoping to do and was told "theres a grip of service going on..." i understand being busy, but that's no reason to be rude. I won't do business with Ken Garff again.”

“Wonderful experience! Ken Garff has made a lifetime customer. I went to trade my reliable, but beat to hell, car in yesterday. The service was great from the beginning to end. They had a great selection of the type of car I was looking for (hatchback).
Jandy came out and greeted us. She was polite, professional, good natured, and made my partner and me laugh. We test drove a couple of cars and I made my decision. She worked hard to get me in the car that I wanted. It was a very nice experience. I appreciate her working hard to get the deal done.
I also worked with their finance guy, Andrew. He was great! Did a great job explaining things and all of the options that were available to me. Very personable, professional, and polite. He made sure we felt comfortable during the entire finance process.
The manager. I believe his name was Lance, also dropped by to see how things were going. That was appreciated.
Just a great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!”

“Had an awesome experience at this location. Caleb was knowledgeable, friendly and I never felt pressured into anything. I even change the color of vehicle I wanted to work numbers on 3 times and he never made me feel bad. He was patient with my timeline to make the purchase. After looking at other dealers, I returned here because I felt they had more integrity than some of the other dealerships. I would recommend giving them a try for your business.”
