Sensors and induction systems were left loose all components that will cause catastrophic engine failure was told I would get calls with updates and never got calls at one point service was rejecting my calls In no way is this a negative review for Sales but service definitely has to do better because the customer service I received was completely unacceptable Constant excuses, lack of communication.”

“I called this dealership today 03/14/2026 because Nissan told me to Bring my truck here for some paint Cracks on the roof of my Frontier. The lady at the service department told me they could help me because they didnt have a body shop, but they do sell frontiers from nissan with the warranty contract lol. what a joke of customer service even tho I do have warranty valid. I regret getting this frontier I would never buy another car from nissan that's for sure. I have a toyota corolla and a mitsubishi, out of the three Toyota has without a doubt the best customer service”
